Zonta
International is a worldwide service organization of over
33,000 executives in business and the professions working
together to advance the legal, political, economic, health,
and professional status of women worldwide. There are currently
more than 1,254 clubs in 69 countries in the world.
The
Zonta Club of Teaneck Bergenfield was chartered
in 1951. We are one of the 38 clubs in District 3, serving
New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia
and the District of Columbia. There are 30 Districts internationally
- ZONTA is the only organization to improve
the status of women on an international basis.
