Northern Valley: The Zonta Club of Northern Valley, NJ (in conjunction with the Zonta Teaneck-Bergenfield Foundation, Inc.) will hold its 11th annual R.A.V.E. (Rape and Violence Eradication) Walk on Sunday, April 13, 2008. Participants will assemble at the Teaneck Township Hall, corner of Cedar Lane and Teaneck Road, and proceed four miles to the Bergenfield Borough Hall. Registration begins at 12 noon; the Walk begins at 1:00 P.M., rain or shine. The registration fee is $25 for adults and $15.00 for students; walk up registration is welcome. Support victims of domestic violence and sexual assault by joining the walk. All proceeds will be shared by Shelter Our Sisters and The YWCA of Bergen County Rape Crisis Center. Tax-deductible donations may be made payable to Zonta of Teaneck-Bergenfield Foundation, Inc and mailed to Zonta of Teaneck-Bergenfield Foundation, Inc., P.O. Box 5217, Bergenfield, NJ 07621.
